REFUND POLICY

For physical, digital and subscription programs
 
Physical Products:
InfoProductLab will, at its discretion, allow for the return or replacement of any defective product within 60 days from the date of purchase for any product delivered by postal and express delivery services to a business or home address. After 60 days all sales are final.

Digital Products:
Downloadable and digital products may be refunded or substituted within 60 days at customers request. After 60 days all sales are final.

Subscription Products:
For recurring billing products, returns for more than one payment may be provided if requested within the standard 60 day return period. After 60 days all sales are final.

Customers may cancel their recurring subscriptions at any time by logging into their Payment Control Panel or PayPal account. Payment and subscription information and payment control access options are here.
